Always excellent service at the Lake Mary location. I had an issue with appointment time this morning, and the owner personally called me and accommodated us although I know it was challenging for the groomer Gina who is always so wonderful with my pup. Thanks for taking care of us!

Open 7 days a week with high-end treats, food, toys, and grooming services peppered with lots of smiles, expertise, and head rubs for your pet. They offer discounted services monthly that they will send via texts. Mr. Perfect loves it there because he never knows what he'll get except for a caring staff and a wonderful atmosphere!
